Unfortunately I have no time to practice drawing further until 20th of April 😦 As this is the last due date when my thesis can be accepted at university, so I really have to complete it somehow. I started it 7 years ago (not studying, but writing the thesis…), stopped a few times for months, years. Last time 3 years ago, because although I finally collected 80 participants who filled in my questionnaires, but then I had a very hard time with the statistics, which is still incomplete.
So I will post some of my early drawings again.
But from 20th of April I WILL BE AS FREE AS A BIRD, I cannot wait. This thesis has a very wrong influence to my soul, but it needs to be done, unless I will only have a high school degree despite of the 6,5 years at Uni.
UPDATE1, April the 20th: and a few more weeks. It would not be me if I could finish this until the due date. Unbelievable. And I can only hope that they would accept it late. But the good news are that I am not alone with this amazing amount of procrastination, turned out that 3 of my classmates are in the same position.
UPDATE 2, May: the thesis got completed, accepted!! 😀 Only a little final step is left, the dissertation defence in June yayyy! And finally I have time to paint!
UPDATE 3, June the 18th: 2 more days until thesis defence, then I’ll be totally FREE (except the work of course xD)
CC. 2001-2004? *Not all is my own character. As I remember the following are my own idea: puppy, sad bird, giraffe (not proud), pig, cat, bunny and in the front the grasshopper
Actually I might submit some more old drawings as we have had a tragedy at my workplace, one of my 28 years old colleague died a few weeks ago (not there). It has been shocking to our team, and I could not draw since then, but I will try today. I am searching for a reference pic which can help to express this grief, but could not find it yet.
I truly hope that you, who are reading this, your family, friends, colleagues, neighburs and everyone who is is important to you, also your dear pets are very well. Please take care of yourself and each other .
After high school I have not been drawing with company, so I didn’t know what to expect on the course. It turned out to be much-much better than in my wildest dreams!
Our amazing teacher Éva Paksi was continously so nice and helpful. She worked out the course really great.
Everybody had such a great development in drawing in 4 days (Here can you check her former students’ before-after drawings :D) and we also had a wonderful time – relaxed, meaningful, valuable, calm, happy, and we learned very useful techniques (I feel that I can speak in the name of my group members too).
I have been learning from youtube in the last 2 years, and I thought, every technique is there. But this is not true or I couldn’t find all of the knowledge that I need.
So it was the best decision to change my learning style from self-thaught to this course which develops the right hemisphere.
Let’s see the main drawings:
Hand 1 day, Chair 2nd day
Fergie 4th day
I’ll definitely go to another courses as well.
For Hungarians it is highly recommended to join Éva’s training, it’s such a big experience and also not expensive.
